About working together

You'll know within our first conversation. Either my approach will resonate deeply (clients often say "it's like you're in my head"), or it won't. That's why I offer a free discovery session - so we can both feel it out. Plus, I have a "participate and get your money back" guarantee for the first month. Show up, do the work, and if it's not right, full refund. No guilt, no hassle.

I don't give you worksheets and tell you to journal about your feelings. I've actually been in the strategy rooms, built the businesses, navigated the corporate world, and made the "crazy" leap myself. I bring real-world experience plus intuitive wisdom. Also, I won't pretend everything is "amazing!" when it's not. I'm warm but direct - think supportive friend who lovingly calls you on your BS when you need it.

I work with successful people at inflection points. Sometimes that's the executive ready to leave corporate. Sometimes it's the entrepreneur who's built something successful but feels trapped by it. Sometimes it's the professional who knows there's more but can't articulate what. The common thread? They're all successful on paper but restless in reality. And they're tired of trying to figure it out alone.

Therapy typically focuses on healing the past. Traditional coaching often focuses on achieving external goals. I focus on navigating transformation - that messy middle between who you've been and who you're becoming. We work with both strategy and intuition, both practical planning and deeper wisdom. Think of it as having a strategic thought partner for your life and work transitions.

The practical stuff

We meet via video call (Zoom) for 40-minute sessions. You get 3 sessions per month in both programs - that's weekly with one integration week where you can catch up, implement, or just breathe. Sessions are conversational but focused. We'll dig into what'

You have access to me via a coaching portal where you can share wins, work through challenges, or get quick guidance. For bigger decisions that can't wait, you get two 15-minute "quick-fire" calls per month. Plus, you'll have specific actions to implement - this isn't just talking about change, it's making it.

Life happens. With 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any session. My online calendar shows available times, and you can grab what works. Less than 24 hours? We'll work it out case by case, but I value both our time.

Many clients do. About 30% extend beyond their initial 3 or 6 months because the work continues to evolve. We can discuss continuation as you near the end of your program. No pressure - some people get what they need and fly solo, others value the ongoing partnership.

Yes! I work with clients globally via video calls. Time zones can be tricky, but we make it work. I've had clients from Europe, Asia, Australia - wherever you are, if you're ready for change, we can figure out the logistics.

The money questions

Look, I get it. But here's my question: Can you afford to stay where you are? My clients aren't looking for the cheapest option - they're looking for what works. If you're in a genuinely precarious financial situation, this might not be the right time. But if you have resources and you're hesitating because of fear rather than finances, that's exactly what we'll work through together.

Because you've already tried the cheaper options. The self-help books. The online courses. The free content. And you're still stuck. This isn't an expense - it's an investment in finally getting unstuck. My clients regularly tell me they made back their investment within the first few months, either through better decisions, new opportunities, or simply stopping the costly patterns that were holding them back.

Yes. You can pay monthly or save with a single payment upfront. I want this to be accessible without being financially stressful. We can discuss options during your discovery call.

I offer a "participate and get your money back" guarantee for the first month. If you show up to the sessions, do the work, and genuinely engage in the process but find it's not right for you, I'll refund your first month completely. After that, no refunds - by then, we're deep in the work together.

The deeper questions

Perfect. That's exactly where most of my clients start. "I know something needs to change but I don't know what" is literally the most common starting point. The whole first phase of our work is getting clarity. You don't need to know your destination before we begin - that's what I'm here to help you figure out.

You should be. Change is scary. If you weren't scared, I'd be worried. Fear is just information - it tells us what matters. We'll work with your fear, not against it. And here's what I know: the fear of change is usually not as bad as the slow death of staying stuck.

You don't. I could share success stories all day (and I have plenty), but ultimately this is about you trusting yourself enough to try. What I can promise: I'll show up fully, bring everything I have to our work, and stand with you through the messy middle. The rest is up to you being willing to do the work.

I've worked with people navigating divorce while launching businesses. Career pivots during global pandemics. Building companies while managing chronic illness. Moving countries while changing careers. Your situation might be unique, but the need for clarity, strategy, and support is universal. If I genuinely feel I'm not the right fit for your specific situation, I'll tell you in our discovery call and refer you to someone who might be better suited.

Then you're not ready, and that's okay. But ask yourself: Will you ever feel ready? Or are you waiting for permission that's never coming? Sometimes "not ready" is fear dressed up as practicality. If you've read this far, something is calling you. Maybe ready looks different than you think.

Getting started

We spend 40 minutes talking about where you are, where you want to be, and what's keeping you stuck. I'll ask questions that help us both understand if we're a good fit. You'll get a taste of my approach. No generic coaching questions, no high-pressure sales tactics. Just a real conversation about your real situation. You'll leave with clarity whether we work together or not.

Click any of the booking links on this site. You'll see my calendar with available times. Grab what works for you. You'll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a few questions to help me prepare.

Email me at fia@thewayfindermethod.com or DM me on LinkedIn. I typically respond within 24-48 hours. If your question is "Should I do this?" though, that's probably a sign you should book the free call and let's talk it through properly.

Join my email list (grab the free guide). Follow me on LinkedIn where I share insights regularly. Sometimes people follow my content for months before they're ready to work together. When you're ready, I'll be here. Just don't wait for perfect timing - it doesn't exist.

The bottom line

Still overthinking it? That's probably a sign you need this. The clients who get the best results are the ones who feel the pull but also feel the fear. They book the call anyway.

Your next chapter is waiting. The only question is: How much longer are you willing to wait?

P.S. - That thing you've been thinking about at 3 AM?
That "crazy" idea that won't leave you alone? It's not as crazy as you think. Let's talk about it.
